How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your Rona K Corp return item for credit to:

3. Fax or email a signed letter stating the reason for your return and include this letter and the original receipt in your return.
Some items can not be returned if they personalized, customized or damaged. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange but can be refurbished for you for an additional charge. Orders containing Diamonds will be considered special order and cannot be returned.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your jewelry item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size and will be charged or refunded for accordingly. You will be charged at the gold market price for the day of shipment of your new item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
Orders containing Diamonds and/or personalized will be considered special orders and will need 3-4 weeks to manufacture and deliver to you. Please call 516 222 2806 to see if there are any in inventory.
